Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nextribe EAD (Некстрайб ЕАД), UIC 208318505, registered at 3 Geno Cholakov St, fl. 1, apt. 1, 7500 Silistra, Bulgaria("Nextribe", "we"), handles the personal data you share when you apply to the Founding Circle on invest.nextribecabin.com. We are the controller of that data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you submit the application form, we receive:

• your full name and email address;
• your phone number, country, intended investment range and how you could help, if you choose to share them;
• whether you are also interested in owning a cabin or a share;
• anything you write in the free-text field;
• your consent to this policy and the date and time of your application.

Giving us your name and email is needed for us to review your application. Everything else, including your phone number, is optional.

Like any website, our hosting provider also records technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. This data is kept for no longer than 30 days.

Advertising cookies. Only if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice do we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland). It tells Meta that you visited this page and whether you sent the application form, but not what you wrote in it. We use this to measure our ads and to show them to people who visited this page, on Facebook and Instagram. Our legal basis is your consent. Meta also processes this data under its own privacy policy and may link it to your Meta account. If you do not accept, the pixel is not used. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Visit statistics. We count visits and see how people use this page, for example which sections are read and which links bring people here. These statistics are anonymous. They do not use cookies, they do not identify you, and they are not linked to your application. We keep them for up to 13 months. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving this page.

Why we use your data

• to review your application and contact you about it, including an intro call;
• to send you the investor materials and terms you ask for;
• to keep a record of who has applied and where each conversation stands.

We rely on your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement. If you go on to invest, we also use your data to meet our legal obligations, such as identity checks and keeping investment records.

We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers that work on our behalf and follow our instructions:

• Supabase stores our applications database, in the EU;
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps a backup copy of applications;
• ActiveCampaign sends our emails to you about your application and the Founding Circle;
• Meta Platforms Ireland runs the Meta Pixel, only if you accept it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards. If you go on to invest, we may also share your details with our legal and financial advisers as needed to complete the investment.

How long we keep it

We keep your application for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you join the Founding Circle, it becomes part of our investor records and is kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
• correct or complete it;
• delete it, or limit how we use it;
• send it to you or another organisation in a portable format;
• stop using it, if you object to how we use it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. This does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it. To use any of these rights, write to team@nextribe.eu. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
