The Problem

Three groups want in.
None of them has a way.

01
BuyersNobody solves this
A second home costs too much - and sits empty.
22% of UK homeowners want one but can't afford it. Those who buy pay all year for a few weeks of use.
02
Travellers
Demand is outgrowing the supply.
Outdoor travel is growing 2.5× faster than travel overall. Premium nature stays are still rare.
03
Landowners & venues
The land is there. The capital and know-how aren't.
Vineyards, estates and thermal towns have visitors - but no capital or team to add places to stay.
The demand is there. The access isn't.

The Model

Four parts.
One network that grows itself.

Others build cabins, sell second homes or run hotels. Nextribe connects all three, so every new site makes the whole network more valuable.

01
Buyer
Own, use, earn
Buyers own a cabin or a 1/4 share. They stay for free and earn from rentals the rest of the year. Their purchases fund each new site, so the network grows without us carrying the buildings.
02
Same cabin, any country
Fully wooden, factory-made
Real wood in the structure, facade and interiors - not converted containers. Built in the factory, delivered on wheels, the same quality in every market.
03
Every site feeds the others
One network, one guest
Every site runs remotely from one system. Guests and owners collect credits and use them anywhere in the network, so each new location brings returning guests on day one.
04
Ambassadors in 4 countries · First deal abroad signed
New markets without buying land
Landowners and venues bring the land and the visitors. Local ambassadors open the doors. We bring the cabins and run the hospitality.
  1. 1Buyers fund cabins
  2. 2Guests fill them
  3. 3Credits bring them back to new sites
  4. 4Partners offer more land

What We Develop

Not just cabins in the woods.
Places built around why people travel.

Every village is built around one reason people come to nature. Our factory-made cabins are the building block - run remotely, placed on partner land.

Built around sleep, recovery, thermal water and forest. Longer stays, premium rates and guests who come back.

Nature Villages
Next to what people already travel for.
A shared village heart for families and groups, placed by vineyards, lakes and heritage sites. Partners bring the visitors, we bring the stay.

03
City-Edge Residences
Live in nature, within reach of the city.
Villages within an hour of a major city, for people who stay for months, not nights. Year-round occupancy and a steady income base.
Remote workers · Long stays · Second residence
Each format also works as a B2B partnership - landowners and venues bring the land and the visitors, we bring the cabins and run the hospitality.
